We visited Bethany's and Oliver's new apartment in Ft. Worth. I was happy to see that they had hanging on their living wall, the hanging that I made that suggests the beach that Bethany loves so much . At the bottom left corner, I appliqued 2 pairs of flip flops -- a girly pair for Bethany and a more standard pair for Oliver. In the middle right, I appliqued shells from a piece of upholstery fabric, which gave the hanging "depth."
